镉在水芹不同器官中富集特性的研究

摘    要:在施有0.2,0.8,1.4,2.0mg,kg镉的土壤中栽培水芹(鄂水芹1号),初步研究了镉在水芹各器官的累积规律。研究结果表明,随着镉浓度的增大,水芹各器官中的镉含量均逐渐增大,呈正相关性;根中镉含量〉叶柄(含茎)中镉含量〉叶片中镉含量,当土壤中镉浓度在2.0mg,l(g时,根中镉含量是叶片中的15.54倍;水芹各器官对镉的的富集系数随着土壤中镉浓度的增大而逐渐减小,平均转运系数为0.23,平均转运量系数为0.38。

Abstract:In the paper, we cultivated Oenanthe stolonifera (Eshuiqin No.l) in the fields applied with 0.2, 0.8, 1.4, 2.0 mg/kg cadmium, and studied the accumulation rule of cadmium in various organs in O. stoloniera. The results showed that, the cadmium content in different organs of O. stolouifera were gradually increased with the increase of cadmium concentration, and it was a positive correlation. The cadmium content in roots was highest, and the cadmium content in petioles (including stems) took the second place, while the cadmium content in leaves was lowest. The cadmium content in roots was 15.54 times as high as that in the leaves while the concentration was 2.0 mg/kg. As cadmium concentration increased, enrichment factors decreased in different organs of O. stolonifera, with the average transport coefficient of 0.23 and average transfer capacity coefficient of 0.38.
