| 摘 要： | 以杜仲1～2年生枝条为材料,研究了不同扦插季节、外植体木质化程度、植物生长调节剂对其扦插生根的影响。结果表明,IBA、NAA和ABT单独使用时,均能诱导插穗生根,其中以150 mg/L ABT生根粉处理2 h生根效果较好,生根率达96.36%,平均生根数11.6,根长17.32 cm;半木质化的插条为最佳外植体,适宜在6～7月份扦插,其生根率可达96.20%。

| Abstract: | With 1~2-year-old branches as materials,the effects of different cuttage time,lignification degree of explants and plant growth regulators on cutting rooting of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver were studied in this paper.The results showed that IBA,NAA and ABT used alone could induce the cuttings rooting.The rooting effect was better after treated with 150 mg/L ABT for 2 hours,and the rooting percentage reached to 96.36% with the mean root number as 11.6 and the root length as 17.32 cm.Semi-lignified cutting wood was the optimum explants,and was suitable for cutting from June to July,then the rooting rate could reach to 96.20%. |
