植物炭疽菌研究文献综述

摘    要:通过对有关炭疽菌研究的文献评述,确认ClooetotrichumCorda是现代唯一合法的碳疽菌属名,Arx为炭疽菌属的分类奠定了基础,Sutton的分类系统已被广泛的应用。同时从症状、高原、传播及侵染途径,侵染来源及潜伏侵染、病害的流行防治等方面对发生要在本植物上的炭疽菌进行了综述论述。

A Review on Colletotrichum of Plant

Abstract:Naming of the genus Colletotrichum Corda and classification of the species are reviewed. Colletotrichum Corda should be accepted as only one correct name for this group offungi, Arx's system is the base of classification in this genus and Sutton's system has been widely accepted in modern classifical study. Meanwhile pathogen, infection, epdemic and control ofanthracnose of woody plants are discussed. This disease was caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, C. crassipes and C. acutatum. Latent infection was one characteristics of the nathracnoseof woody plants and its epidemic was related to the content of causal agent and virulence in Winter as well as temperature and humidity. The main control way is to increase the bost resistanceto the anthracnose of woody plants.
