摘    要:为探究番茄果实穗数与品质之间的关系,确定品质最优果穗,以“原味一号”和“世纪嘉丽”2种不同类型番茄为试验材料,通过测定番茄果实9个主要品质指标,分析了不同果穗各项品质指标的差异性及变化规律。结果表明:2种番茄多项品质指标存在品种间差异,但随果穗数的升高变化规律基本一致,综合外观品质、风味品质和营养品质,2种类型番茄品质均以第3、4穗果最佳。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to explore the relationship between different ears and the quality of tomato fruit, and determine the best quality ear, two different types of tomatoes such as ''Yuanwei No.1'' and ''Shiji Jiali'' were used as test materials, through the determination of nine main quality indexes of tomato fruit, the difference and change rule of each quality index of different ears were analyzed. The results showed that there were differences between the two types of tomatoes with multiple quality indexes, but the change rules were basically the same with the increasing of ear number. The third and fourth ears were the best quality of the two types of tomatoes in terms of appearance quality, flavor quality and nutritional quality.
