| 摘 要： | 随着大鼠基因序列测序的完成和基因敲除技术的发展,通过对大鼠进行基因注入和基因敲除后建立的人类疾病模型日渐增多,建立一种完善的大鼠胚胎冷冻保存技术体系保存这些遗传资源至关重要。本综述系统介绍了大鼠胚胎冷冻技术的发展进程及研究现状,并根据其研究现状分别介绍了各类冷冻保护剂的特点及其组合,常用冷冻保存方法的比较及解冻方法;分析了目前大鼠胚胎冷冻保存技术面临的一些难题;介绍了大鼠胚胎冷冻保存技术的应用前景。
