| 摘 要： | 儒家的"无讼"思想是贯穿中国几千年历史发展的一个永恒理想,为实现"大道之行,天下为公"的理想社会,儒家探讨并总结了一些有效途径。尽管"无讼"思想有其明显的历史局限性,但对当代中国的和谐社会建设仍具有借鉴意义。我们应理性看待儒家的"无讼"思想,用批判的精神扬弃它:取其精华,弃其糟粕,推陈出新。
