| 摘 要： | 利用几个蜜蜂形态标记对意大利蜜蜂种 4品系进行比较研究。结果表明意大利蜜蜂 4品系成年工蜂吻长及右翅前翅面积上均存在显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其中澳意工蜂吻最长 ( EO=6 74 7± 0 0 0 11mm) ,本意工蜂吻最短 ( Es=6 5 5 6± 0 0 0 10mm) ;平湖浆蜂工蜂的右翅前翅面积最大( EP=15 84 6 7± 0 0 0 0 9mm2 ) ,本意工蜂的右翅前翅面积最小 ( Es=14 7134± 0 0 0 0 2mm2 )。意大利蜜蜂 4品系初生工蜂头重之间不存在显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,这一结果与 4品系对应的生产性能结果不同 ,说明蜜蜂群体中工蜂个体形态标记可能不完全反映该群体生产性能。

| Abstract: | Through morphological markers, genetic resources of four lines in A.m.ligusica were compared and analyzed. The results showed : There existed significant differences(P<0 05)among adult workers of 4 lines in tongue length and right forewing area. Australia-Italian bee workers were the longest tongue and Ben-Yi bee workers the shortest. The right forewing area of Pinghu Jiang bee workers were the longest and Ben-Yi workers the smallest, And there existed no significant difference among bee workers of 4 lines in head weight. The results were different from the production capability corresponding to the four lines and demonstrated that individual morphological signs might not be regarded as a standard to evaluate population production. |
