| 摘 要： | 由于茶叶即将实行市场准入制,为此对南京茶叶加工清洁化方面的现状进行了分析探讨,针对目前存在的问题:如烟煤污染、灰尘污染、材料污染和人为污染等,根据其形成原因提出了应对的措施,包括厂房选址布局、机械更新、管理体制和个人卫生等方面。

| Abstract: | As premarket submission system for tea is coming into effect,the paper made an analytical study of the present situation of tea processing cleansing in Nanjing.In view of current problems such as bituminous coal pollution,dust pollution,material pollution and pollution caused by processors,the paper put forward countermeasures,including choosing the factory location and designing layout,renewing machines,improving management system and personal hygiene,etc. |
