Hardfll材料作垫层的面板堆石坝

摘    要:作为面板与堆石体的过渡区,提高垫层和过渡层变形模量对减少面板和接缝变形显得尤其重要。Hardfill材料的性质介于混凝土和碾压堆石体之间,变形模量相对较高,是垫层料和过渡料的理想材料。将Hardfill材料做垫层的面板堆石坝与传统的面板堆石坝进行三维有限元的对比分析,结果表明用Hardfill材料做垫层的面板堆石坝可以有效地改善面板的应力位移状况,减少面板竖缝和周边缝的变形,其中面板顺坡向、坝轴向最大拉应力减少19.5%和7.9%,竖缝和周边缝沉降变形分别减少54.5%和48.9%,为面板堆石坝的发展提供了一个很好的参考。

Abstract:As the transition zone of CFRD(concrete faced rock-fill dam),it is especially important to improve the modulus of deformation of supporting layer and transition layer to reduce the board and joint deformations.Because the properties of Hardfill material are between concrete and rockfill,its deformation modulus is relatively high.Thus it is an ideal material to be used as the cushion and transition.Based on the three-dimensional finite element analysis technology,the performances of the CFRD using Hardfill material for the supporting layer and traditional CFRD are comparative analyzed.The results show that using Hardfill material for the supporting layer can effectively ameliorate stress and deformation status and reduce vertical joint and perimeter joint deformation.The maximal tension stresses along the facing slope and along the axis of dam can respectively be reduced by 19.5 percent and 7.9 percent,and the deformation of the vertical joint and the perimeter joint can be reduced by 54.5 percent and 48.9 percent,respectively.This study can afford a good reference for the development of CFRD.
