摘    要:通过三因素五水平二次通用正交旋转组合设计方案,建立回归模型及对其进行解析、寻优和频数分析,所设各试验因素对鸭茅Dactylis glomerato种子产量影响的大小顺序为施氮量(X2)>植株密度(X1)> 喷施PP333 (X3).氮和植株密度、植株密度和PP333 的互作效应对鸭茅种子产量为拮抗作用,氮和PP333为协同作用;同时得出了三因素对鸭茅种子产量的最优配比方案:植株密度355.3万~430.9万株/hm2,施氮量159.8~164 kg/hm2 ,喷施PP333量0.21~0.22 a.i., kg/hm2.

Abstract:Using the tri-factor orthogonal design, established model based on fields experiments indicated that applied nitrogen is the first effective factor in terms of effect to Dactylis glomerato seed yield, and density of planting, spray PP333 are following; The coupling effects of the factors-density of planting and applied N , density of planting and spray PP333 are synergistic type response to the yield; applied N and spray PP333 is antagonistism.The optimum range of the factors were given: density of planting 4 294 000~450 000 shoot/hm 2,applied N 160~164.9 kg/hm 2 ,spray PP333 0.197~ 0.233 a.i., kg/hm 2 after frequency analysis.
