| 摘 要： | 黄曲霉毒素是黄曲霉和寄生曲霉等产毒菌种产生的次生代谢产物,在饲料中存在对畜禽生产以及饲料工业带来了极大的危害。本文综述了饲料中黄曲霉毒素的来源、性质、毒性、对畜禽和人类的危害以及检测方法的国内外研究进展。 |
