玉米杂交种子粒干物质积累速率差异分析

摘    要:以黑龙江省玉米生产上常用的12个杂交种为供试材料,分析灌浆后期品种间子粒干物质积累速率的差异。结果表明:玉米杂交种吐丝后40~65 d百粒重增长符合Logistic曲线;子粒平均干物质积累速率差异显著,其中四密25最高,为0.558 g/(d.100粒);四单19最低,仅为0.433 g/(d.100粒);从大到小依次为四密25>东农250>白单9号>本育9>中单2号>吉单180>庆单2号>丰禾10>龙单21>久龙1号>四单16>四单19。各杂交种最大干物质积累速率集中在吐丝后40~45d和50~55d两个阶段。

Abstract:In this experiment, the 12 maize hybrids applied widely in Heilongjiang province were used as the material, and difference of accumulation rate of dry matter was analyzed in the late of filling time. The results showed that the increment of 100-seed weight of plant from 40 to 65 days after silking conformed to Logistic curve. Difference of average accumulation rate of dry matter was significant. The fastest was Simi25, with 0.558 g/(d·100-seed). The slowest was Sidan19, only up to 0.433 g/(d·100-seed). The rank of average accumulation rate of dry matter was Simi25 > Dongnong250 > Baidan No.9 > Benyu9 > Zhongdan No.2 > Jidan180 > Qingdan No.2 > Fenghe No.10 > Longdan21 > Jiulong No.1 > Sidan16 > Sidan19. Maximum accumulation rate of dry matter of each hybrid concentrated in two phases, 40 to 45 days and 50 to 55 days after silking. These results provided theoretical reference for high-yield breeding and cultivation of maize hybrid in rapid accumulation rate of dry matter.
