摘    要:为了解采脂对纤维形态的影响大小,以广西华山林场湿地松幼龄林为对象,进行了不同时间长度的采脂试验,并分析了不同采脂处理对湿地松纤维形态的影响。结果表明:采脂导致纤维长平均变短5.07%。采脂对纤维宽的影响不大,对纤维壁厚的影响较大。切线方向和射线方向纤维壁厚各变薄了6.32%和5.05%。采脂时间越早,采脂时间越长对纤维形态的影响越大。纤维形态的变化导致纤维长宽比平均降低3.34%,壁腔比平均降低7.57%,柔性系数平均升高2.36%,刚性系数平均降低4.89%。采脂处理后的纤维长宽比平均值范围在71-79之间,壁腔比平均值范围在28-41之间,柔性系数范围在73-80之间,刚性系数范围在20-27之间。从几个指标的范围可以判断,幼龄林早期采脂的湿地松仍然可作为优质的纸浆材。

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of the resin tapping on the fiber morphology, experiments of different time length resin tapping were done to the slash pine young forests and the influence of the different resin tapping treatments on the fiber morphology was analyzed. The results showed that resin tapping reduced the fiber length 5. 07%. Resin tapping had insignificant influence on the fiber width but significant on the fiber wall thickness. Fiber wall thickness of tangential and radial direction was decreased by 6.32% and 5.05%. The earlier and longer the tapping time, the greater effect on the fiber morphology. The changes of fiber morphology resulted that the average ratio of fiber length to width was decreased by 3.34%, the ratio of fiber wall thickness to lumen was decreased by 7.57%, the flexibility coefficient was increased by 2.36%, the rigidity coefficient was decreased by 4.89%. The ratio of fiber length to width range was between 71 and 79, the ratio of fiber wall thickness to lumen range was between 28 and 41, the flexibility coefficient range was between 73 and 80, and the rigidity coefficient range was between 20 and 27. Judging from the scope of several indicators, young forest early resin tapped slash pine can be used as a quality pulpwood.
