大蒜乙醇抽提物对烟蚜的拒食与毒杀作用

摘    要:通过室内试验,测定了大蒜乙醇抽提物对烟蚜的拒食与毒杀作用,并采用种群干扰作用控制指数(IIPC)评价其对田间烟蚜的种群干扰作用.结果表明:大蒜乙醇抽提物对烟蚜具有显著的拒食与毒杀活性,其中,以90和70 g.L-1大蒜乙醇抽提物对烟蚜的拒食效果和持效性较好,拒食率分别为77.81%-85.55%和58.37%-70.70%;田间试验表明,大蒜乙醇抽提物对烟蚜种群有明显的干扰作用,70和90 g.L-1大蒜乙醇抽提物对烟蚜的拒食率分别为50.16%和65.47%,其对烟蚜的IIPC分别为0.498和0.345.

Abstract:Bioassay in laboratory and experiment in field was carried out to investigate the bioactivities of Allium sativum ethanol extracts against Myzus persicae (Sulzer). The results showed that the extracts exhibited significant antifeedant and toxic activities against M.persicae, antifeedant rates in 24 h were 77. 81%-85. 55% and 58. 37%-70. 70% respectively when treating concentrations were 90 and 70 g·L~(-1). The field experiment showed that the extracts had obvious interference effects on M.persicae, antifeedant rates were 50. 16% and 65. 47% respectively when treating concentrations were 70 and 90 g·L~(-1), their interference indexes of population control (IIPC) were 0. 498 and 0. 345 respectively.
