摘    要:采用超临界CO2萃取法对琉璃苣(Borago officinalis L.)不同播种期的茎、叶中的挥发油进行了提取.结果表明,挥发油含量秋季早播者高于迟播者,并且营养生长旺盛期叶片挥发油含量极显著高于生殖生长期叶片的挥发油含量.因此,为了获得更多挥发油,在佛山地区应以采收9月播种的营养生长旺盛期的叶片为宜,其挥发油含量最高,萃取率达0.70%.

Abstract:The volatile oil in stems and leaves of borage sown in different seeding time were extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction.The result showed that the volatile oil extraction rate of early sowing plants was higher than that of late sowing plants in autumn,and that the volatile oil extraction rate of vegetative growth blade was significantly higher than that of reproductive growth stage blade.In Foshan,harvesting the blade of vigorous growth stage sown in September was optimum to obtain more volatile oil with the volatile oil extraction rate of 0.70%.
