锥栗优良无性系结实稳定性的研究

摘    要:多年方差分析结果表明:锥栗基因型×年份互作效应不显著,无性系产量年度间相关系数达到显著或极显著水平.按Alard(1960)提出的稳定性测度计算,不同无性系年度间单株坚果产量的稳定度不同,C-03、C-04、C-02和C-16具有较高的稳定度,C-16、C-10、C-07和C-13则具有优良的群体缓冲性.无性系内分株间结实量相差可达2.43倍,C-01、C-02和C-05等系内变异系数较小,其“个体缓冲性”较大,无性系分株间生长较一致,重复力好.

Abstract:Based on variance analysis over a period of many years ,no significant effects were found for the mutual interactions of genotypes of Castanea henryi and the environment (year). Most of the coefficients of correlation between annual yields of the clones were significant at P<0.05 or P<0.01. Fruit bearing stability for various clones was obtained by using the measurement method proposed by Allard(1960).The results showed that stability indices for annual nut yields of the individual were different between clones, ranging from -0.6521-0.0177,with coefficients of variation between 9.5 and 26.75 percent .Higher stability was observed for clones C6C10C07 and C13,and superior group buffer capacity for C16C10C07 and C13.Fruit yields of different ramets within a clone may be different as much as 2.43 times. The clones C01C02 and C05 exhibited minor within group variation and superior individual buffer capacity, showing relative identical growth rate between ramets and better repeatability.
