摘 要: | 研究了不同碳源、氮源、温度、pH及光照对巴氏菇(Agaricus blazei)菌丝生长速度及长势的影响,通过观察、测量分别筛选出了适宜该菌株生长的最佳培养基.巴氏菇的菌丝体生长最佳碳源为可溶性淀粉,浓度为7%,最佳无机氮源为硫酸铵,最佳有机氮源为酵母膏,浓度为0.5%;最适生长温度为22.5~27.5℃;最适pH为6.5~7.5;菌丝体生长不需要光照.

Abstract: | The effect of different kinds of carbon sources, nitrogen sources, temperature, pH and light on the mycelial growth rate of Agaricus blazei was studieq~. The optimum culture medium was obtained through observation and measurement, including optimum carbon source soluble starch 7%, optimum inorganic nitrogen source (NH4 )2SO4, the optimum organic nitrogen source yeast extract 0.55, optimal temperature 22.5 - 27.5 ~C, pH 6.5 - 7.5, mycelial growth did not need light. |
