| 摘 要： | 通过对YH家居材料有限公司的实木定制家具生产线进行调研,归纳实木家具定制化生产的现状,对比实木家具和板式家具在定制中的不同之处,总结出目前实木定制家具企业设计和生产中的瓶颈问题。希望通过引入成组技术,编码技术,搭建实木定制家具设计生产系统和实木家具标准零部件库的作用,为实木定制家具生产企业解决瓶颈问题提供一定的参考。

| Abstract: | Through the investigation of the solid wood customized furniture production line of YH Wood Industry Co.,Ltd.,this article summarizes the present situation of solid wood furniture customized production,compares the differences between solid wood and panel furniture in customization,and summarizes the problems in the design and production of solid wood customized furniture enterprises.By introducing group technology and coding technology,the design and production system and the standard parts library of solid wood customized furniture are established,which can provide some reference value for solving the bottlenecks of solid wood customized furniture enterprises. |
