适老性居住空间的部品化设计研究

摘    要:随着社会的发展和医疗技术水平的提升,人类平均寿命延长,世界老年人口比重逐年上升,中国人口基数大,老龄化严重,养老问题是当下人们关注的重点和热点。基于当前养老服务体系不健全和住宅产业化发展刚刚起步的现状,笔者通过研究老年人行为模式,针对居家养老模式,将集成化设计理念引入老年住宅,提出一套较完整的适老性居住空间的部品化设计体系。优化老年部品设计既体现了对老年群体的关注,推动我国养老事业的发展,又紧跟住宅产业化和生产绿色化潮流,提高了经济和社会效益。

Abstract:With the development of society and the advancement of medical technology,the average life expectancy of human beings is prolonged,and the proportion of the world's elderly population is increasing year by year.China is about to enter a super-ageing society and the scale of the elderly is bound to attract people's attention.As a result,the issue of providing for the aged has been the focus and hotspot of people's attention at present.Based on the fact that the service system for the elderly is imperfect and the housing industrialization is still in an early stage,the author studied the behavior patterns of the elderly,especially for home care system,and put forward a relatively complete parts design system of the habitable space for the elderly,which also combined with the integrated design.The research has far-reaching significance.Optimizing the parts design for the elderly not only reflects the concern for the elderly and promotes the development of the pension cause in our country,but also follows the trend of housing industrialization and green production and improves economic and social benefits.
