几种景天抗旱生理特性的研究

以长药景天、八宝景天、北景天、三七景天、卧茎景天为试验材料,研究了干旱胁迫对5种景天生理特性的影响。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫时间的增加,各种景天的叶片相对含水量都下降,卧茎景天的电导率是不断上升的,其他景天电导率变化很小。脯氨酸含量呈先较快增加然后下降的趋势。可溶性蛋白含量总体下降,卧茎景天下降幅度比较大。保护酶的活性整体表现出先上升后下降的趋势。丙二醛的含量整体表现为上升的趋势。五种景天的抗旱性排列顺序为:八宝景天>长药景天>卧茎景天>三七景天>北景天。

Study on Drought Resistance in Some Species Sedum L.

The research utilized Sedum spectabile Boreau,Sedum kamtschaticum,Sedum spectabile,Sedum kamtschaticum as test materials,study the influences of dought stress on the physical characteristics of sedums species.The results showed:under drought stress,the relative water content of Sedum L.leaves were keeping down,electrical conductivity of Sedum kamtschaticum increased fastest,the relative water content of other species sedum L.were weaker comparatively.The contents of Pro increased fast and the drop.The contents of soluble protein decreased general,Sedum kamtschaticum were keeping down sharply.Protective enzyme activity of 8 species were increased and then drop in generally.MDA of sedums increased in generally.The sort of the drought resistance of all the five species of sedum are:Sedum spectabile Boreau>Sedum spectabile>Sedum kamtschaticum>Sedum spetabiles>Sedum kamtschaticum.
