| 摘 要： | 通过对6个欧亚种葡萄多项品质指标比较测定表明,可溶性糖含量为15%～19%,蛋白质含量0.31～0.51 mg/g,氨基酸含量为1.41～2.29μg/g,酸度在0.15%～0.62%,在品种之间不同指标高低顺序不一致。在生产实践中,品种新美人指综合品质佳,种植前景好。

| Abstract: | Several fruit quality indexes of 5 Eurasia grape varieties were tested and compared, the results showed that： the soluble sugar content in the fruits of these varieties was 15% - 19%, the protein content was 0.31 -0.51 mg,/g, the content of amino acid was 1.41 - 2.29 μg/g, the acidity was 0.15% -0.62%, and the orders of different fruit quality indexes were different among 5 varieties. In production practice, the variety ＂Xinmeirenzhi＂ showed good comprehensive quality and had better planting prospects. |
