摘    要:在第Ⅰ报研究Mn营养对蛋质、孵化率影响效果试验的基础之上,对不同Mn水平处理下孵化的初生雏鸡进行两周的正常饲养试验结果表明,母代的营养对子代有很强的遗留效应,母代Mn的缺乏会导致子代滑腱症、严重者伴有平衡失调甚至死亡;但母体Mn营养对子代生长性能指标无影响。子代胫骨Mn含量是衡量母代Mn营养的最敏感的指标;要维持子代正常生长发育,母代日粮中Mn水平应高于70mg/kg。

Abstract:On the basis of the last trial, we did a two-week feeding trial with chickens from laying hens which were fed on diets containing different Mn levels in their laying stage.The results showed:Mn nutrition of laying hens had a strong heritage effect on filial generation. The maternal Mn-deficiency caused filial perosis which accompanied with occurrence of nervous symptom in seriously sick chickens, and even resulted in death.The level of filial tibia Mn was the most sensitive index to measure the maternal Mn nutrition. In order to maintain filial normalgrowth,the level of Mn in the diet should be more than 70mg/kg.
