| Abstract: | The basic features of modern agricultural development in the 21st century are analysed.The necessity and the possibility of developing hi tech agricultural industry in Tianjin are also discussed.Thus,the basic countermeasures of improving the innovative capacity of agricultural science and technology and developing the hi tech industry of agriculture in Tianjin are finally advanced. |
