摘 要: | 目的]优化干姜(Zingiber officinale Rose.)中姜辣素的提取工艺。方法]采用乙醇回流提取法,以姜辣素提取率为指标,选择乙醇用量、回流时间和回流次数3个因素进行正交试验。结果]干姜中姜辣素的最佳提取工艺为:加入5.5ml60%乙醇,提取3次,每次1h。结论]该研究所确定的工艺合理,重现性好,提取效率高,对干姜中姜辣素的工业提取具有指导意义。

Abstract: | Objective]The research aimed to optimize the extraction process of gingerol from dry rhizome of Zingiber officinale Rose..Method]Using ethanol reflux method,with the extraction rate of gingerol as the index,ethanol volume,reflux time and extraction times were selected for the orthogonal experiment.Result]The optimum extraction process of gingerol from dry rhizome of Z.officinale was as follows:using 5.5 ml 60% ethanol to extract gingerol 3 times for 1 hour each time.Conclusion]The determined process is reasonable,reproductive and efficient.Therefore,it has guiding significance for the industrial extraction of dry rhizome of Z.officinale. |
