摘    要:将沙棘叶粉碎,在料液比为1:20,提取温度60℃的相同条件下,分别用水和60%乙醇连续3次提取沙棘叶,每次提取2h。研究了沙棘叶中茶多酚、儿茶素、芦丁、槲皮素和维生素 C的提取量和提取率。结果表明,除茶多酚外,醇提优于水提。连续3次提取优于一次提取。沙棘叶细胞中这5种成分,按极性大小,溶出量和溶出速率是:儿茶素>茶多酚>芦丁≈维生素c>槲皮素。它们在沙棘叶中的含量,茶多酚(包括儿茶素)含量最多,其次是黄酮类(芦丁和槲皮素)和维生素C。茶多酚的含量高于黄酮和维生素C10倍以上。而芦丁的含量又高于槲皮素约4.3~4.5倍。

Comparative Study on Different Extraction Solvents and Time to Some Component Content of Seabuckthorn Leaf

Abstract:The crushed seabuckthorn leaves extracted 3 times and each 2 hr with water and 60% etha-nol under the same conditions of solid-liquid ratio of 1:20 and extraction temperature of 60 ℃,the ex-traction amount and extraction rate of tea polyphenols, catechin, rutin, quercetin and vitamin c have been extracted and studied. The result shows that except the tea polyphenols, other components extrac-tion with alcohol extraction is better thanwith water. Extraction by 3 times is better than only one time. According to dissolubility of polarity, amount of dissolution and the dissolution rate, the ranking of these five components is: Catechin 〉; tea polyphenols 〉; rutin 〉; quercetin 〉; vitamin c. Their content in the seabuckthorn leaf, the content of tea polyphenols, including catechins is the most, followed by flavonoids, including rutin and quercetin and vitamin C. Tea polyphenols content is higher than the fla-vonoids and vitamin C about 10 times. Rutin content is higher than that of quercetin is about 4.3-4.5 times.
