摘    要:为解决当前花生生产上早春播种烂种缺苗问题,客观评价春、秋花生种子作为生产用种的价值,对春、秋花生种子的生物学特性、超微结构进行了比较研究.结果表明,在传统贮藏条件下,收获后晒干贮藏2个月的春花生种子比秋花生种子活力高,抗冷浸能力强;贮藏6个月的春花生种子发芽率与秋花生种子相似,但抗冷浸能力不如秋花生种子.春花生种子细胞充实,脂肪、蛋白质等贮藏物质含量高,胚发育完全,种子粒大、饱满.保持春花生种子收获晒干时的种子活力,可以代替秋花生种子供翌年生产用种.

Comparison of some biological characteristics between spring and fall crop seeds in peanut
Abstract:A comparative studies on some biochemical charateristics and ultrastructures between spring and fall crop seeds were made in order to solve deficient emergence of seedlings in early spring sowing in peanut production at the present time and to evaluate spring and fall crop seeds for production use objectively. The results showed as follows. On conventional storage condition, being stored for 2 months after harvested and dried, spring crop seeds showed higher vigor and ability to tolerate low temperature stress than fall crop seeds. Being kept storing to 6 months at the same condition, the spring crop seeds showed almost as the same germination rate as the fall crop seeds at ordinary temperature, their tolerance to low temperature stress was lower than that of the fall crop seeds. The reason was that their vigor decreased during the storage period. Besides, the cells of spring crop seeds were more full with lipid, protein and so on, the embryos developed fully and the seed size was bigger. Therefore, the spring crop seeds could be a substitution for the fall crop seeds for production use in the next year, provided that their seed vigor were kept as the same as that of when they were harvested and dried befor long.
