摘    要:对大花蕙兰进行无菌播种技术试验,结果表明,其种子萌发的适宜培养基为1/2MS+6-BA0,1 mg·L-1+ NAA0.2 nag·L-1+10%椰乳+Ac 1g·L-1;椰乳可明显提高种子发芽率并促进原球茎生长,激素浓度的高低对原球茎和小苗的生长有一定影响;果龄6-9个月的蒴果播种萌发率较为理想,萌发后原球茎移植到1/2MS+6-BA1 mg·L-1+10%椰乳+Ac 0.5g ·L-1培养基中月增殖率可达3.89倍,原球茎在MS培养基中更易分化成苗,且小苗生长势更佳。6-BA、NAA有利于原球茎增殖倍数的提高,继代周期以4-6周为宜。

Abstract:Experiment of aseptic seeding technique of Cymbidium hybridum demonstrated that 1/2MS + 6-BA0.1 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L +10% coconut milk + Ac 1g/L were the better culture medium, and coconut milk could increase the seed germination rate of and promote the growth of PLB. The concentration of hormone had effect on the growth of PLB and seedlings. 6-9 month capsule had ideal germination rate. The multiplication coefficient of germinated PLB reached 3.89 after transplanting in medium of 1/2MS + 6-BA 1 mg/L + 10% coconut milk + Ac 0.5 g/L. PLB in MS was easy to differentiate into seedlings which grew better. 6-BA and NAA had positive effect on increase of proliferation.
