摘    要:国外玉米种质的引进、利用与改良是中国玉米育种不可缺少的重要环节,也是育种成败的关键。美国先锋公司选育的78599杂交种引入中国并通过试验,具有高产、优质、多抗等特点,受到中国育种家的重视。用其作育种基础材料成功地选育了齐319,178,丹599,P138,丹598,K22等一系列优良自交系和改良系。据不完全统计,所组配育成并经省市以上品种审定委员会审定的品种达50余个,在全国各地累计推广面积799.3×104 hm2,成为中国玉米育种新的核心种质。育种实践证明,与传统核心种质系统之间进行有利基因的渐渗是可行的,其改良的效果是明显的。

Abstract:The introduction, utilization and improvement of the maize foreign germplasm are very important taches in maize cross breeding of our country and are also the key to success or failure on our breeding. Our country introduced the maize 78599 hybrid from Pioneer Co. of American, it passed the comparison trial of yield and had the properties of high yield, good quality, disease resistance. Inbred lines "Qi319", "178","Dan599","P138", "Dan598""K22"etc.all come from 78599 hybrid. They have been more 50 hybrid maize varieties combined with planted for 7.993 million hectares. They were excellent core germplasm resources. In breeding practice, transformed gene was obvious with the effect of improvement between core germplasms.
