| Abstract: | This article analyzed the procedure of Land Conversion Program(LCP) and the experience of Shanxi PAAF Project.It is the recommendation that the participatory tools like semi-structure interview,village meeting,the implementation regulations,the implementation group and monitoring group can be used during the planning stage,the implementation stage and the evaluation or checking stage in LCP. |
