| 摘 要： | 运用比较劳动生产率、就业产业结构偏离度和偏离-份额等分析方法,对山东省1990~2008年产业结构的演进状况进行了分析。结果表明:山东产业结构的变化符合产业变迁的一般规律,但第三产业发展滞后,比重偏低;三次产业劳动效率存在明显差异,产业结构与就业结构发展极不平衡;三次产业均为全国性增长部门,但不同产业竞争力具有阶段性特征,并据此提出了相应的政策建议。
