溶磷菌对柑桔嫁接苗磷素营养及生长发育的影响

摘    要:将扩繁的无机溶磷菌和有机溶磷菌各2株,分别接种于灭菌和非灭菌的盆栽枳橙Poncirus trifoliata×Citrus sinensis cv.Carrizo Citrange砧塔罗科血橙C.sinensis cv.Tarocco Blood orange嫁接苗土壤中,研究溶磷菌对植株磷营养及其生长发育的影响.结果表明,供试菌株接种于非灭菌和灭菌土壤中,植株地上部总磷含量均显著增加,同时氮、铁、铜以及镁含量亦显著增加.土壤施用溶磷菌的柑桔嫁接苗株高、茎粗及地上部分生物量等显著增加.无论土壤灭菌与否,无机溶磷菌对改善植株磷素营养和促进苗木生长均有明显促进作用,而有机溶磷菌接种于非灭菌土中其效应更为明显.

Abstract:Two inorganic phosphate-solubilizing bacterial strains and two organic solubilizing bacterial strains were used separately to inoculate the soils growing potted citrus budlings to investigate the effects of these phosphate-solubilizing bacteria(PSBs) on the phosphorus levels in soils and plants,and the growth of citrus budlings.The results showed that inoculation of both non-sterilized and sterilized soils with PSBs significantly increased the total P content in the above ground parts of the seedlings.In le...
