| 摘 要： | 二维和多普勒超声心动图检查９０例先天性心脏病患儿，并与手术结果对照。结果与手术诊断的符合率分别为ＶＳＤ９７．８％，ＰＤＡ９６％，ＡＳＤ１００％。本组病例中８例有合并畸形，其中３例误诊。因此，超声心动图检查时应注意合并畸形的诊断。

| Abstract: | The results of two-dimensional plus Doppler echocardiographic examinations and operative treatment were compared in 90 patients with congenital heart diseases. The results showed that diagnostic conformity rate of echocardiography was 97.8%for VSD, 96% for PDA and l00% for ASD respectively. Three of eight patients with other cardiac abnormalities in this series were diagnosed erroneously, therefore, it is important to pay attention to diagnosis for other cardiac abnormalities in patients of this kind. |
