广西公众对转基因食品认识的调查分析

摘    要:为了解广西公众对转基因食品的公共认知程度,2011年1月,5个调查小组对广西区6个主要城市人员相对集中的超市、广场、校园等地的1256位居民进行了问卷调查。调查问卷分为公众对转基因食品的基础认识程度、对转基因食品的接受态度及原因和公众对政府在转基因食品政策方面的看法及建议3部分。结果表明,35.5%的被访者对转基因食品毫无认识,仅24.5%的被访者对转基因食品有一定的了解。消费者对转基因的了解程度表现出与其学历呈正相关的联系,学校教育是了解转基因食品的重要途径之一。大多数消费者对转基因食品不关注,对政府管理转基因食品的政策也不清楚。加大转基因食品公众教育的宣传力度,加强转基因食品的标识管理和制度的落实,提高转基因食品的检测技术、保障安全性是未来转基因食品发展的正确方向。

Abstract:

In order to understand the public knowledge of genetically modified food in Guangxi, in January 2011, five team workers conducted a questionnaire survey for 1256 people in supermarkets, public squares, campuses et al. in 6 main cities of Guangxi. The results showed that, 35.5% of the respondents did not understand genetically modified food, only 24.5% of the respondents to the genetically modified food had certain knowledge. People’s knowledge of genetically modified food was positive correction with the education background, and school education was one of the important ways to understand transgenic food. Most consumers didn’t concern the genetically modified food, and didn’t know any management policy for genetically modified food. Enhancing the public awareness, improving testing techniques and guarantee the safety of genetically modified foods were the future efforts for genetically modified food.
