| 摘 要： | 论述了我国发展绿色粳稻生产,具有得天独厚的地域、自然条件等资源优势。南北方都可种植,国内、外市场前景广阔。指出在发展粳稻种植上要有新思路,在研究品种和区划种植上要有新突破,在粳稻开发内容等各项工作中要有新举措。各级政府、科研机构、企业公司等各有关部门要各负其责,研究优质品种、栽培技术、加工生产、出口创汇、共创“品牌”,使产、供、加、销“物流”良性化地流起来。 |

| Abstract: | Our country has exceptional advantage of zone and natural resources on developing green round-grains rice.Planting range is from south to north with broad domestic and international market.There must be new thinking in planting,new break in researching new variety and in regional planting and new act in exploiting on developing round-grains rice planting.Every level governments?scientific research institutions and enterprise companies should take charges separately to research fine variety,planting technology,production processing,export and trademark building so that make production?supply?processing and sell circulate positively. |
