摘    要:以橡胶草叶片为试材,喷施不同质量浓度0 mg/L(CK)、50 mg/L(T1)、100 mg/L(T2)、150mg/L(T3)、200 mg/L(T4)、300 mg/L(T5)、600 mg/L(T6)]赤霉素(GA3),研究其对橡胶草叶片叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量、酶活性、开花及主要开花性状的影响。结果表明:叶片喷施GA3后,随着时间的推移,各处理叶片叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量整体上呈逐渐上升趋势,但上升幅度较小,且CK最高;GA3处理均使叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性下降,其中,T3的酶活性较其他处理低,T3叶片SOD活性在处理后10 d与CK相差最大,活性下降25.39%,活性最低峰时较CK下降11.81%;T3叶片CAT活性处理后10 d与CK相差最大,活性下降77.66%,活性最高峰时较CK下降44.00%;T3叶片POD活性在处理后20 d与CK相差最大,活性下降75.17%,处理后60 d与CK相差最小,POD活性下降32.13%。随着GA3质量浓度的增加,各处理营养生长期时间延长,开花推迟,花期缩短;花葶高度和花葶粗均呈现先升高后下降的趋势,开花数则呈下降趋势;而花直径差异不显著,但均与CK差异显著。综上,外施一定质量浓度的GA3对橡胶草花葶高、花葶粗、花直径生长均有一定的促进作用,且质量浓度为150 mg/L时促进效果最佳。

Effects of Gibberellin on Physiological Characteristics and Flowering of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin
Abstract:To investigate the effect of leaf-spraying gibberellins on the chlorophyll content, carotenoid content,enzyme activity, flowering and flower traits, different concentrations 0 mg/L ( CK ) , 50 mg/L (T1),100 mg/L(T2),150 mg/L(T3),200 mg/L(T4),300 mg/L(T5),600 mg/L(T6)] of gibberel-lins were applied on Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin leaves by pot experiment. The results showed that as time went on,the chlorophyll and carotenoid contents gradually increased in small amplitude,and the val-ues of CK were the highest. The application decreased the leaf SOD, CAT and POD activites, The leaf SOD,CAT and POD activites of T3 were lower than the other treatments,which decreased by 25. 39%, 77. 66%,75. 17% at 10,10,20 days after treatment,11. 81%,44. 00%,32. 13% when the activities was the lowest,highest,and 60 d after treatmnet,compared with CK,respectively. With the increase of gibber-ellins concentration,the vegetative growth stage prolonged,flowering stage delayed,flowering time short-ened,scape height and diameter first increased and then decreased,flower number decreased,flower diam-eter were not significantly different among each treatment which was more than CK significantly. Overall, the application of gibberellin could promote the scape height and diameter,flower diameter,the effect of the treatment with 150 mg/L gibberellins was the best.
