千层金组培苗瓶外生根技术研究

摘    要:[目的]对千层金瓶外生根技术进行研究。[方法]以千层金健壮试管苗为材料,使用不同浓度生根促进剂NAA、IBA、ABT1、ABT2处理穗条,再测定各处理的扦插生根率。[结果]用浓度100mg/L的ABT1浸泡穗条60min后扦插,生根率为79.3%,再用该药液把滑石粉稀释至糊状,随蘸随插,生根率上升到93.0%,其中,以复合基质A(河沙:珍珠岩:蛭石:泥炭土=1:2:2:5)处理效果最佳,发根时间早,8d后长出新根,平均不定根数量最多,根长最长,分别为4.5条和3.6cm/株。[结论]该研究结果可为建立和完善千层金离体再生技术工厂化生产提供科学依据。
