摘    要:
液体培养蛹虫草鲁山菌株,以菌丝体产量为指标,对培养基的碳源、氮源、无机盐、维生素B1进行单因素试验,并在单因素基础上进行四因素三水平正交试验,结果表明:影响液体培养菌丝产量的主次因素依次为氮源、碳源、维生素B1和无机盐。最佳培养基为:蔗糖20 g/L、蛋白胨25 g/L、维生素B10.15 g/L,无机盐为KH2PO41.5 g/L+MgSO40.5 g/L+CaCl20.25 g/L。

Abstract:
The effects of culture medium composition such as carbon source,nitrogen,mineral salts and vitamine B1 to biomass of Cordyceps militairis were investigated by single factor experiment and 4 factors and 3 levels orthogonal design respectively.The research showed that the order of the factors from primary to secondary was: nitrogen,carbon source,vitamine and mineral salts.And the best medium was 20g/L sucrose+25g/L peptone+0.15g/L vitamine B1+1.5g/L KH2PO4+0.5g/L MgSO4 and 0.25g/L CaCl2.
