蛋鸡二元(红丹、日丹)配套系研究

研究结果表明:①日丹鸡(日系来航×丹麦来航)和红丹鸡(红育×丹麦来航)产蛋量、基因的显性效应、上位效应、超显性效应较强,杂种优势明显。72周产蛋238.5枚和245.6枚,杂种优势率11.31%和19.16%;饲养日总蛋重14.09kg和14.56kg,杂种优势率18.35%和24.33%.②母系饲料报酬高的杂交种,有饲料报酬也高的趋势。③经闭锁繁殖及家系选择的丹麦来航,体型清秀,体重较轻,产蛋量和饲料报酬较高,遗传性稳定,一般配合力好,是理想的杂交母系亲本。

FORMING A COMPLETE SET OF DUALISTIC LINES(HONGDAN AND KODAN)FOR LAYER BREEDING

On the basis of pure line breeding,an experiment on forming a complete set of Hongdan line and Ridan line for layer breeding was conducted.The results showed:1.As far as Ridan layers (Japanese Leghorn × Danish Leghorn) and Hongdan layers (Hongyu × Danish Leghorn) were concerned, egg production,dominant effect,epistasis and epistatic dominance of genes revealed strongly,and the heterosis were also clear;their egg production during 72 wk were 238.5 and 245.6 respectively (rate of heterosis,11.31% and 19.16% respectively),total egg weight were 14.09 kg and 14.5 kg respectively (ratte of heterosis,18.35% and 24.33% respectively).2.The hybrids those derived from Danish Leghorn with high feed conversion had the tendercy towards high feed conversion.3.Danish Leghorn layers were fed in a closed reproduction manner formerly,and then selected by family selection;they presented delicate and pretty in bodily form,body weight lighter,egg production and feed conversion higher,genetic ability stably,general combining ability better,and they could be used as an ideal female parent for breeding layers.
