小麦性状的缺体分析

摘    要:用阿勃小玫稳定自交实缺体系分别对太谷核不育材料的核不育基因和小麦-黑麦抗锈病易位系陕麦893抗条锈基因进行缺体分析研究。结果表明,太谷核不育基因Ms2位于4D染色体上,并且Ms2在半合状态下仍然有效;陕麦893对条中29号生理小种表现免疫,控制性的基因为显性,位于4A染色体上。

Abstract:Male sterile gene MS2 of Taigu and resistant gene to stripe rust of wheat-rye translocation line Shaanmai 893 were analyzed by nullisomic analysis with the stable selffertiie nullisomic lines of common wheat cultivar Abbondanza.The results showed that the male sterile gene MS2 of Taigu was located on chromsome 4D.The gene MS2 of Taigu was active in hemizygote.The resistant gene to stripe rust race Tiaozhong Mo.29 of Shaanmai 893 located on chromosome 4A.
