| 摘 要： | 白刺(Nitraria)是荒漠中优良的固沙植物。其中,唐古特白刺(N.tangutorumBobr.)和大果白刺(N.roborowskii Komar.)的浆果状核果,大如樱桃,富含营养,酸甜可食。本文报道以唐古特白刺为主的白刺干果的5种加工食品及综合利用工艺研究。

| Abstract: | Nitraria is a genus of desert plants good for stabilizing dunes. The edible drupes of N. tangutorum and N. Toborowskii are rich in nutritive ingredients and taste sweet-sour. This paper reports five processed foods of Nitraria fruits and the technological processes for comprehensive utilization of the fruits. |
