日粮纤维水平对鸸鹋日粮纤维及蛋白质消化率的影响

以苜蓿粉为纤维源 ,通过对成年鸸鹋投喂不同纤维含量的 5种饲料 ,研究了日粮纤维水平对日粮纤维及蛋白质消化率的影响。酸性洗涤纤维 (ADF)、中性洗涤纤维 (NDF)及粗纤维 (CF)的消化率在苜蓿含量 (质量分数 ,下同 )为 10 %以内时 ,不受日粮纤维含量增加的影响 ;但含量的进一步上升 ,降低了日粮纤维的消化率。日粮纤维在饲料中适宜含量的上限是 :ADF 7 8%、NDF 16 7%及CF 6 1%。蛋白质消化率在苜蓿含量为 5 %时最高 ,在含量为 5 %以上时显著降低 (P <0 0 5 )。蛋白质消化率最大时的日粮纤维含量分别是 :ADF 7 4 %、NDF 16 4 %及CF5 5 %。以上结果表明 ,日粮纤维水平影响鸸鹋对日粮纤维和蛋白质的消化率 ,日粮纤维在鸸鹋饲料中的适宜含量是ADF 7 4 %、NDF 16 4 %及CF 5 5 %。

Effects of dietary fiber levels on dietary fibers and protein digestibility of emus

This study was conducted to examine the effects of dietary fiber levels on dietary fibers and protein digestibility of emus fed on diets with different fiber levels of alfalfa meal. Digestibilities of Acid detergent fiber (ADF), Neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and Crude fiber (CF) were not influenced by the increasing dietary fiber levels when alfalfa meal contents on diet were 10 % or less and were decreased by further increasing of fiber contents on diet. The suitable maximums of the fiber contents on diet were ADF 7 8 % , NDF 16 7 % and CF 6 1 % . Dietary protein digestibility was the highest when alfalfa meal content was 5 % and it was significantly ( P <0 05) decreased by the increasing dietary fiber levels when alfalfa meal contents exceeded 5 % . Dietary protein digestibility was the highest when dietary fiber contents were ADF 7 4 % , DNF 16 4 % and CF 5 5 % . These results suggest that the dietary fiber levels influence dietary fibers and protein digestibility and the condign dietary fiber levels in emus' feed are ADF 7 4 % , DNF 16 4 % and CF 5 5 % .
