| 摘 要： | 目的]研究TDZ和CPPU对紫背天葵不定芽诱导的作用。方法]以鼎湖山野生紫背天葵（BegoniafimbristipulaHance）的无菌苗叶片和愈伤组织为材料，研究TDZ和CPPU对其不定芽诱导的影响。结果]TDZ和CPPU均可诱导紫背天葵叶片和愈伤组织形成不定芽，其中MS＋0．5mg／LTDZ诱导不定芽的效果最佳，在1／2MS＋0．2mg／LIBA的培养基上不定芽可100％生根并长成完整植株。小苗移栽成活率达到90％以上。结论]TDZ和CPPU能够有效地诱导紫背天葵不定芽的形成。
