摘    要:宋代茶叶生产规模不断扩大,客观上推动了宋代茶艺的繁盛。而以宋徽宗为首的文人们留下大量关于茶事的文学作品,不遗余力地倡导了茶艺向更高更精致的方向发展。"点茶"是宋代茶艺成熟的一个重要标志,而由"点茶"更新的一系列茶艺理念,后来成为真正影响茶艺演变发展的关键。

Abstract:The Song Dynasty witnessed a continually expanding production scale of tea,which objectively advanced the prosperity of tea ceremony at the time.Meanwhile,the literati,led by Emperor Huizong of Song,left massive literary works of a matter of tea,preaching the development of tea ceremony in a more advanced and delicate way.Dian cha was an important sign of the maturing of tea ceremony of Song Dynasty,and refreshed a series of concepts,which became the key factors of the evolution of tea ceremony in subsequent times.
