| 摘 要： | 利用钼锑抗比色法和磷钒钼黄比色法测定湿地植物不同器官的全磷含量,比较两种测定方法存在的差异。结果表明:两种测定方法测定结果存在显著性差异:磷钒钼黄比色法测定的全磷含量要高于钼锑抗比色法;两种测定方法误差均在允许的范围内;测定湿地植物全磷,钼锑抗比色法比磷钒钼黄比色法更加准确。
