青玉米须中黄酮成分提取工艺研究

摘    要:通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究了青玉米须中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺。结果表明:最佳提取条件为溶剂乙醇含量60%、料液比1∶25、提取温度90℃、提取时间75 m in。

Abstract:Based on the single factor test and orthogonal test,the extraction techniques of flavonoids from green corn silk were studied.The results showed that the optimal extraction technique was 60% ethanol extracting at 90 ℃ with material and solvent ratio 1∶25 for 75 min.
