湖南省农业经济增长的科技贡献率分析

摘    要:利用科学技术促进农业增长是现代农业发展的主要措施,定量测算科技贡献有助于明确农业发展的目标。深入研究某一地区农业科学技术进步和农业经济增长的关系,测算和分析该地区的科技进步贡献率,有利于了解该地区农业经济社会的发展阶段。文章以湖南省为例,并利用1986~2010年农业经济数据,利用索洛余值法和"柯布-道格拉斯生产函数",对湖南省科技进步贡献率进行了测算和分析。

Abstract:The use of science and technology to promote agricultural growth is the main measures of the development of modern agriculture,quantitative estimation of scientific and technological contributions to help clear the goal of agricultural development.In-depth study of the relationship between a regional agricultural science and technology progress and economic growth of agriculture,the measurement and analysis of the region’s scientific and technological progress contribution rate,to understand the stage of economic and social development of agriculture in the region.This article take the Hunan Province for example,and use 1986~2010 agricultural economic data,at the same time,make use of the Solow residual method and the Cobb-Douglas production function,we measured and analyzed the contribution rate of science and technology progress of Hunan Province.
