安哥拉山羊级进杂交后代被毛纤维类型及细度分析

摘    要:随机采集安哥拉山羊及级进杂交后代(F2、F3、F4)周岁母羊肩、侧、股三个部位的春毛毛样,进行纤维分类及细度测定分析,并绘制各类羊主要毛纤维(马海型毛纤维)的细度分布曲线。纤维分类结果,F2、F3、F4羊无髓毛含量分别为(90.16±3.48)%、(96.96±1.14)%、(96.66±2.30)%,有髓毛+死毛含量分别为(8.42±3.81)%、(2.64±1.17)%、(2.12±1.31)%,体躯肩、侧、股各部位的纤维类型到F3后趋于一致。纤维细度变化与纤维分类基本一致,即级进到F3后,被毛的同质性变好,体躯各部位的细度变匀,所产毛纤维可与安哥拉山羊所产马海毛一样用于纺织业。

Abstract:Samples were randomly obtained from Angora goats and their crosses(F2,F3,F4) of yearling does on the shoulder,midside,breech in spring,respectively,fibre types were observed and diameter were measured,and curves distribution of main fibres (Mohair type fibres) on different body position for Angora and every hybride were drawn.The results showed:the content of no-medullated fibres for F2,F3,F4 were (90.16±3.48)%,(96.96±1.14)%,(96.66±2.30)%,and the content of medullation+kemp,for F2,F3,F4 were(8.42±3.81)%,(2.64±1.17)%,(2.12±1.31)%,respectively.Fibre types of body position for F3,F4 tended to identical.Fibres diameter regularity were so,i.e.their fibre evenness became fine and their fibres diameter became uniform when F3,F4,so the fibres produced by F3,F4 were used on textile manufacture as mohair produced by angora goats.
