摘    要:交ES细胞分离与克隆技术和分子生物学技术相结合就可将新的遗传物质导入家畜的生殖腺细胞。通过囊胚注入胚胎干细胞产生嵌合体小鼠表明对胚胎干细胞进行遗传操作是对物生殖细胞进行遗传改造的有效方法之一。

Abstract:The new genetic material can introduce into germ cell in faun aninal by the combination of embryonic stem culturewith molecular biological techniques genetic manipulation of embryonic stem (ES) cell in culture to produce chinericmouse by bastocyts injectection has proved a powerfull tool for germ line manipulation.The detective techniques of multipontentialicy or totipontency in ES cell were an inportant method to inprove aninal The applications of ES cell in studies of cloning aninal, gene engineering and development biology were vast vista.
