系统聚类分析法在玉米自交系分类中的应用

摘    要:对本所新育成的7个自交系和一个外引系武314等8个自交系12个性状进行聚类分析,结果分为6大类。根据杂优模式规律,同类之间无杂种优势,而不同类之间有较大杂种优势。本所近几年的育种实践证明,将生育期相近的不同类自交系进行组配可获得理想效果,同类之间组配无杂种优势。因此在组配之前先将自交系进行分类,将不同类之间的自交系进行组配,可减少育种的盲目性,提高育种效率。

Abstract:We selected seven new inbred lines breeded at our institute and one foreign inbred line for cluster analysis on twelve characters. The results indicated that there are six clusters. According to heterosis performance regular, crossing in internal-cluster have better heterosis. Breeding results of our institute showed that using combination of inter-inbred lines with approximatly same growth period can get deal effect. And crossing within cluster was non-heterosis. Therefor,dividing inbred lines into clusters before combination and crossing among internal-cluster can decrease no objective in breeding and increased breeding effectiveness for breeder.
