| 摘 要： | 针对脱毒马铃薯原原种大规模生产中的基质问题进行了不同培养方式的试验研究,结果表明,专用基质在固体基质中表现最好,苗的成活率和成薯产量远较其他固体基质好;参试品种间的产量存在显著差异,中薯3号较费乌瑞它成品薯产量高;雾培产量表现最好,但还需加以改进、研究才能应用于大规模生产.
